About Us
In the mid-1990s, while managing my daily routine of taking my children to school, I noticed many young people idling away their time instead of engaging in school or other productive activities that could keep them out of trouble with the law. This observation inspired me to establish charity organizations aimed at helping these young individuals find gainful activities and steer clear of legal issues, including drug involvement. One such initiative I founded was St Peter’s Trust, which focused on youth rehabilitation for those who had faced penal or legal restrictions in correctional institutions, assisting them in avoiding re-offending and returning to their previous lifestyle. Over time, the LORD guided me to broaden the mission of this charity to encompass conflict reduction and the alleviation of poverty, which are significant issues in many parts of the world. Consequently, I renamed the organization to World Poverty and Conflict Reduction, shifting its primary focus to reducing poverty and addressing conflicts globally. My published articles, which had been addressing conflict reduction strategies and methods to alleviate poverty in various countries, were an expression of this new direction.
